The proposed project includes development and construction of a new, state-of-the-art, LEED Certified, 120,000 square foot headquarters office building located in downtown Colorado Springs. This collaboration will also enable 158 new residential units to house the United States' elite Olympic athletes, renovation and expansion of the current Olympic Training Center Athletes' Cafeteria and Visitors' Center, redevelopment of 40,000 square feet of office space to house the USOC National Governing Bodies for the individual team sports and provide temporary office space to the USOC until their new headquarters are completed.
